Document Description
The proposed MIP would involve the components listed below. Ski trails would be smoothed, except Run J16 (between the top of the Overlook/Summit Subdivision Lift and J1) and the Echo/Woods Access Trail, which would be graded. The proposed lift tower locations are approximately and would be determined during the design phase of the project. A minimal increase in impervious surfaces would result from the construction of the proposed project (i.e., from building expansion, the installation of additional lifts and towers, etc.). The proposed project is expected to result in an increase in 10 employees at Northstar-at-Tahoe.
