Housing Element Update – 2023-2031
Description
The Proposed Project is the City of Pacifica Housing Element Update - 2023-2031 which would amend the General Plan to comply with requirements of the 6th Cycle Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA). The Housing Element Update would incorporate into the City of Pacifica's General Plan goals, policies, and programs for housing and action programs which detail the actions to be taken by the City to respond to the community’s evolving housing needs. Site-level General Plan amendments and rezoning would be undertaken in a subsequent program following adoption of the Housing Element Update.
