- The proposed project would reconstruct and widen The Old Road, replace two bridges, reconstruct and widen Rye Canyon Road and Sky View Lane, including reconfiguration of its intersection with The Old Road. Bicycle lanes, raised medians, sidewalks, and barriers to separate pedestrians from the travel way would also be constructed.
