- The project consists of three components: (1) construct a 1 MW solar facility to offset energy consumption costs at the WWTP, (2) install a new aeration flotation system that would reduce algae contamination at the WWTP, and (3) upgrade up to 4 miles of existing sewer pipelines, manholes and services within the City limits.
