Description: Under the project, existing structures and associated parking lot would be removed and replaced with a new, five-story, approx. 160,450 sf data center. New generators would provide back-up power to the data center and average power consumption would be 27 MW. Additionally, a new substation would be constructed on the western portion of the project site. This substation would exclusively serve the project. The project would be constructed over a period of 25 months.
