Description: The City of Glendale proposes to gradually decrease the volume of treated wastewater discharges from the Los Angeles-Glendale Water Reclamation Plant (LAGWRP) to the Los Angeles River in order to increase the delivery of recycled water to various users within the Glendale Water & Power (GWP) and Pasadena Water & Power (PWP) service areas, as well construction and operation of new recycled water distribution facilities to serve new customers within the GWP service area.
