Draft Off-Reservation Tribal Environmental Impact Report for the Pauma Casino Expansion

Description

Note: Draft Tribal EIR & Review Per Lead Draft TEIR intended for circulation and review for the proposed Pauma Casino Expansion project. The project consists of the replacement of the Casino Pauma's existing temporary spring-strung structure with a pavement facility. The permanent facility will be located entirely on Tribal trust land south of the existing facility, largely where existing surface parking is currently located. The gaming area will increase from a current 36,000 sf to 57,000 sf and the number of slot machines will increase from 1,000 to 1,500. Associated amenities will include a full service buffet, contemporary mid-level restaurant, 24-hour market place, lounge bar, center bar, and wall bar.
