- The Short-Lived Climate Pollutant Reduction Strategy describes ongoing and new measures for CA to reduce emissions of SLCPs (methane, black carbon, and fluorinated gases, specifically hydrofluorocarbons) through 2030. It also describes current research efforts to improve the SLCP emission inventory ,evaluate potential mitigation measures, and areas where further research is needed.
