- BRCSD is proposing a seismic retrofit project that includes demolition of the existing 100,000 gallon water storage tank, construction of a new tank pad on stable native cut slope, improved drainage structures and installation of a replacement water storage tank of equal capacity. The access road will be graded/re-graded.
