Description: The proposed project is the adoption of a policy document, the Climate Action Plan intended to provide policy direction and identify actions the City and the community can take to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emission consistent with AB 32 Executive Order S-3-05, and the Air Resources Board's Scoping Plan. The purpose of the Climate Action Plan is to guide the development and implementation of actions and strategies that reduce Manteca's greenhouse gas emissions.
