Description: The Project is located at River Bluff Regional Park along the south bank of the Tuolumne River, northeast of the City of Ceres. The Project consists of reconstructing a failed outfall structure and construction of an inlet structure associated witha previously constructed lagoon. The proposed project will cause permanent impacts to the river bed.
