Title: Sewer Rehabilitation and Replacement Project
Description: The existing collection system will be either rehabilitated with a Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) method or replaced using open trench construction. CIPP is proposed for ~148,500 linear feet of wastewater pipeline. Pipelines that cannot be rehabilitated with CIPP will be replaced in place using open trench construction. Approximately 14,000 linear feet of wastewater pipeline will be replaced. Reasons for open trench construction include severe pipeline breaks or offset joints that cannot be lined. Also open trench construction will be used to replace existing 6-inch pipelines with 8-inch pipelines.
