Description: The California Department of Transportation as the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA_ lead agency, in cooperation with the County of Sonoma (project sponsor and CEQA responsible agency), proposes to construct improvements at the intersection of State Route (SR) 116 and Mirabel Road in Forestville, Sonoma County. The project includes construction of a roundabout at the intersection to improve traffic flow, and lowering of SR 116 west of the intersection to improve sight practice.
