Title: Middle Reach of the Russian River (River Mile 28) Bank Restoration Project
Description: The existing site consists of an eroding bank approximately 300-feet long and over 45-feet high from thalweg to top the top of the bank. The project includes: grading the bank to a stable slope, building a compacted keyway with bank material and covered by a willow mat, and revegetation using a combination of species that replicate the upstream and downstream riparian vegetation.
