BWD proposes to transfer to DRWD, and KCWA (collectively Buyers) up to 15,627 acre-feet of water made available from the Feather River through groundwater substitution and idling of acreage historically planted to rice within BWD that would have been planted to rice in 2012 in the absence of the transfer.
