The California Department of Public Health (Department) is a responsible agency for this project. The Department's Safe Drinking Water Proposition 50 Program is providing state funds for the project. The Rubidoux Community Services District proposes to construct approximately 4,600 feet of 24-inch diameter pipeline, 300 feet of 16-inch diameter pipeline and interconnection booster station.
