Description: This proposed project involves construction of 106 single family residential units, interior streets, utilities, open space, a storm water detention basin and two water quality basins on 66.9 acres. Current plans/schedules call for the development of the Property in two phases. The first phase of development is planned to include mass grading of the Project Area and installation of utilities and the on-site work necessary to create 106 finished lots. Phase 2 will consist of vertical home construction and is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2011.
