Title: Line 3031 and Line Inspection and Repair Project
Description: Excavate three sites on existing pipeline, inspect and repair as needed. Each site has a 50' by 50' work area and temporary overland access routes, each less than 500' in length. Mitigation includes protection of special status plants, wildlife, wetlands and one alkali swale.
