Modernization of Monrovia High School including (1) demolition of satellite kitchen, student store, and stadium seating structures; (2) construction of one-story gymnasium, two stadium bleacher structures, one of which will have an elevator, two-story science building with elevator, student lunch seating area outside the cafeteria, and various hardscape and landscape areas; (3) installation of underground utilities; (4) removal of relocatable buildings for an additional parking lot, and (5) installation of artificial turf on the football field and track.
