The project is a terrace sand & gravel excavation project located on 65.3 acres in the unincorporated area of Mendocino County, approximately one mile north of the City of Ukiah. The project would provide up to 250,000 tons of aggregate per year over an approximately 20 year period, followed by a five-year reclamation period with an end use of open space and industrial.
