- Currently the land is vacant. The proposed conveyance is for nine parcels totaling approximately 1,100 acres. The proposed development of the site would include 110 single-family homes as well as a tribal administrative center, community center, school, infirmary, and day care center. This would enable the tribal member to live on the tribal lands, have a school for their children, and have a sense of community and culture.
