Title: General Plan Update
Description: City Council Approval of the General Plan Action Plan, an implementation program for the 2008 City of San Diego General Plan. The Action Plan identifies how goals and policies of the adopted General Plan will be implemented through City actions. A Program Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) was prepared for the General Plan and certified by the City Council in March 2008. The Action Plan is a component of the General Plan and included in the Final PEIR analysis.
