Description: The Redevelopment Agency of Monterey County is considering entering into a lease with the operator of the existing Ord Market, located on a 3-acre site at the corner of Injim Road and Abrams Drive on the former Fort Ord. The proposal involves re-opening a gas station and car wash that were previously in operation on the site. Physical improvements will consist of re-installing two underground tanks, gas pumps and equipment associated with the car wash operation. A gas pump canopy, islands and a car wash structure are currently existing on the site and will be reused.
