- Note: Due to the lapse of time, BIA is reissuing this notice to again seek comments regarding the within-subject application submitted bythe Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians of CA. The subject property consists of 29.87 acres, more or less, and is located in an industrial area on the Richmond Parkway at Parr Blvd. The Tribe is proposing construction of a gaming facility that includes a 225,000 sf building, 25,000 sf events center, over 3,500 parking spaces (including parking garage), and 2,000 gaming machines and a bingo area.
