Title: Cross Valley Contractors Interim Contract Renewal
Description: To provide interim water service conveyance for Cross Valley Canal-Central Valley Project contractors by drafting interim three-party agreements among DWR, Reclamation, and each of the CVC Contractors for use of State Water Project facilities to convey up to 128,300 acre-feet of CVC-CVP contracted water, annually. The CVC-CVP water supplies will be conveyed to the CVC turnout in Reach 12E of the California Aqueduct or to the other points of diversion mutually agreed to in writing by DWR and the CVC contractor. The CVC-CVP water supplies may also be conveyed to the San Luis Reservoir as part of the federal share of storage for later release and delivery to the CVC contractor. No construction or modification of SWP facilities will be required.
