Description

Project is to construct two new SFDs. Portions of the proposed project, specifically widening of the access road to the SFDs, trenching for extension of utilities, and construction of a fire turnaround, would occur on the two parcels directly north of the subject parcels which are also owned by Ron and Patricia Caird. The proposed project also includes construction of a private beach stairway.
