Description: This project consists of the issuance of a Timberland Conversion Permit for the Rezoning of a 38.75 acre parcel from Timberland Production Zone (TPC) to Timberland (TL) for the purpose of Roseburg selling the property, which will then be too small to remain in TPZ since the minimum acreage is 160. There are no current plans to either harvest or subdivide the parcel at this time. TL zoning would allow the construction of one residence. That would require a TCP Exemption, TCP, or some combination as appropriate.
