Title: Lake Perris State Recreation Area Lifeguard Headquarters Replacement
Description: To partially demolish/remove all interior walls and finishes within the existing 900 square foot lifeguard headquarters and tower building. An addition of new construction will provide a new facility of approximately 3,000 square feet in total. The new facility will provide storage and garage space, a suitable living situation for the parks canine, as well as lifeguard office space, first aid storage and treatment area, locker rooms and a training room.
