The project will include rehabilitation, seismic strengthening, construction of a new roof and second floor and shell improvements and upgrades to develop ground floor retail/restaurant uses and second floor office uses. A parking lot to the south which is part of a surrounding parking lot serving the adjacent historic train station will serve the project.
