The Program assesses 7 alternatives for final disposition of shell mounds and remnant Hazel caissons, including: dredge mounds, cut caissons, remove materials; level/spread mounds and cut/remove caissons; cap mounds/caissons; build reefs over mounds/caissons; build reef at Hazel site after dredging or leveling/spreading mounds; offsite mitigation; and "No Project Alternative" (do nothing).
