Description
The proposed project to improve the intersections of Tulare Avenue, Walnut Avenue, Beach Avenue, and Whitendale Avenue with Mooney Boulevard. The project includes: 1) acquiring land for right-of-way, 2) relocating existing public and private improvements, and 3) widening the intersections. The proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration concludes that this funded Capital Improvement Project with mitigation will not result in a significant environmental impact.
