Description: Update of the City's General Plan, including the Housing Element, with an emphasis on updating the supporting data, consolidating and integrating various elements that have been adopted and amended over the past 20-plus years, and reflecting the City and region's socio-economic trends as they are presently understood. The Seismic Safety and Noise Elements will be updated, and emphasis on air quality will be added.
