The applicant proposes restoration of riparian habitat along Tulucay Creek and two of its tributaries. The project involves installing willow mattresses, walls, and baffles. It also involves some mid-channel clearing with sloping back of steep banks and placement of rock at toe of slopes. Upper banks will be revegetated with native species.
