Title: Adams Property Annexation/Sanitary Sewer Main Pipeline Extension
Description: Proposed annexation of the 4.88 acre parcel to the Truckee Sanitary District and to the Tahoe-Truckee Sanitation Agency for the purpose of providing sewage collection, treatment and disposal service at the request of the property owner. A sanitary sewer main pipeline would be extended approximately 140 feet within Royal Crest Drive in the Town of Truckee right-of-way. The property owner intends to construct and connect one residential unit to the newly extended sanitary sewer system. At a later date, once zoning is completed by the Town of Truckee, the property owner intends to subdivide the parcel to construct and connect a second residential unit to the sanitary sewer system.
