Title: Severino Grading and Habitat Loss Permit
Description: The project includes the grading of one house pad, an adjacent garage pad and a 400 foot driveway providing access from Bella Vista Drive. Maximum cut and fill slope is 23 feet with cut slopes of 1.5:1 and fill slopes of 2:1. 2000 cubic yards of soil will be exported as a result of the project. The construction of a house on the northern portion of APN 184-212-08 is not a part of this project. The proposed project will impact 1.43 acres of Diegan coastal sage scrub. Mitigation for impacts to this habitat includes preservation of 1.7 acres of coastal sage scrub habitat on-site and the purchase of 1.5 acres of Coastal sage scrub off-site in a mitigation bank.
