City of Vacaville Corporation Yard Expansion
Description
Expand the existing City of Vacaville CorporationYard onto 7.67 acres of vacant land to the east. The first phase of the project will be a transit yard. Subsequent phases will include parking, storage and shops for parks, street signs and maintenance. The project will require relocation of a group of Elderberry bushes on the site. The City has consulted with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service regarding relocation of these bushes, and has developed a plan that has been tentatively accepted by the Service.
