Description: Irvine Ranch Water District (IRWD) has prepared planning documents for Planning Areas (PA) 22 (Shady Canyon) and 27 in the City of Irvine. The documents evaluate and determine requirements of domestic water, reclaimed water and wastewater facilities for the developments. The PA 22 Sub-Area Master Plan and the PA 27 preliminary Sub-Area Master Plan (SAMP) proposed facilities based on development plans available from the Irvine Company (developer, also, Irvine Community Development Company-ICDC).
