The site is known as Capistrano by the Sea, Assessor's Parcel Nos. 121-251-14 & 17 121-391-25, 26 & 29, located at the terminus of Capistrano by the Sea Street, west of Del Obispo Street, south of Stonehill Drive and east of Big Sur.
