- The applicant proposes to install a new replacement pipeline connecting the Delores Tunnel Well to an existing reservoir. Damaged pipeline allowed well water to flow into Pasadena Glenn Creek for 20 years. Project will result in reductions of well water flows into the creek. Minimal flow will be maintained in the creek from well water flows during normal dry periods of the year.
