Description: Amendment to the previously approved Use Permit (UP-96-15) and Reclamation Plan (RP-96-04) to expand an existing quarry from 25.6 acres to 28.1 acres (2.5 acre total). The elevation of the expansion area is proposed to be lowered up to 5 to 10 feet, and would result in the removal of approximately 20,000 cubic yards of material. The remaining scope of the previously approved surface mining operation and reclamation plan would continue as previously established in the current use permit and reclamation plan.
