Description: The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Ms. Linda Panich. The project proposes to replace an existing single culvert stream crossing with dual 48-inch diameter culverts, install 18 stream crossings on new subdivision roads, and install low head rock groins on seasonal drainages, in Whispering Woods Tract 1785, on Salt Creek and unnamed tributaries, tributary to Sacramento River, Shasta County.
