- Description
- The project will add a new lane of highway to the existing roadway closing the HOV lane gap that currently existing in Marin County. The project is large and complex, and the portions that will impact streams under Department jurisdiction include the relocation of portions of Irwin Creek and at an unnamed drainage, at Harbor Street adjacent to the Highway. At Harbor Street, an existing culvert will be extended and a headwall constructed. Work will require equipment in the streambed and flow in the drainage, if present, will be diverted around the work area.
