The DA includes provisions relating to the term of development approvals, the land use regulations governing the project area, and the processing protocols for the subdivision of the property to further reduce the development intensity on this portion of the Specific Plan. The DA contemplates a reduced density development, which includes more open space, including public parks, and buffer areas on the western boudary of the site.
