A Minor Conditional Use Permit to allow for the installation, operation, and maintenance of a wireless communications facility consisting of twelve panel antennas, nine remote radio units, three surge suppressor units, and three equipment cabinets, a GPS device and a stand-by generator inside a 422 square-foot equipment enclosure secured by an 8'-0" tall perimeter masonry block wall and an 8'-0" steel security access gate. The proposed panel antennas are to be mounted to a 41'-6" tall faux mono-eucalyptus tree. The facility will be serviced by electrical and fiber utilities which will be extended to the equipment location and antennas via conduits.
