Lateral 1 starts at the intersection of Spear Avenue and St Louis Road and follows St Louis Road east and then south for approximately 0.44 miles. From there, the lateral splits in three. One section heads west to connect with 2905 St Louis St, one section heads south for approximately 370 feet, and the final section crosses Caltrans right-of-way under the 101 FWY until reaching L K Wood Boulevard just south of Hidden Creek Road. The third section of the lateral then continues south along L K Wood Boulevard until connecting with existing network on Plaza Avenue. Lateral 2 is approximately 0.4 miles long and begins at 1983 Foster Ave and runs east along Foster Avenue until turning south onto Q Street. The lateral follows Q Street until turning east onto 17th Street until connecting to existing network at the intersection of Alliance Rod. Lateral 3 spans 0.17 miles and begins on 16th St (1125 16th Street). It runs west along the public ROW, turning south onto L Street and west onto 15th Street until connecting with existing network on Alliance Road. Lateral 4 is on 12th Street between M and L Street and runs for just 0.03 miles. Lateral 5 is 0.14 mile long and begins further east on 12th Street at the intersection of I Street. It runs east along 12th Street until turning north on G Street, ending in front of 1242 G Street. Lateral 6 is 0.51 miles. The lateral begins at the intersection of B Street and 14th Street and follows 14th Street south until turning east on 13th Street. The lateral then follows 13th Street before turning south on Union Street, where it continues south in the public ROW, ending just south of 7th Street. Lateral 6 has approximately 180 feet in Arcata Local Coastal Zone, for which Vero will apply for an exemption from a Coastal Development Permit. Lateral 7 is 0.19 miles long, beginning at the intersection of 7th Street and I Street. It runs west along 7th Street until turning south on J Street, which it follows until connecting with existing network on J Street (495 J Street). Lateral 8 is 1.08 miles long and begins at 679 8th Street and runs south down F Street. It cuts west along 6th Street for one block before following G Street south until reaching Arcata City Yard. Lateral 8 passes through both Arcata Local Coastal Zone and State Coastal Zone, for which Vero will apply for a consolidated coastal development permit with the California Coastal Commission.
