Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SCL-42539-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to TC Morgan Hill Venture, LLC., as represented by Hamilton Tubbs.
There will be a 42-inch diameter culvert installed beneath the asphalt-paved trail. The culvert will be approximately 30 feet long and will attach to an existing storm drain Pipe located outside of the riparian area. The trail will be repaved after culvert installation. The culvert will convey flow to an approximately 150 square foot poured concrete impact basin to be constructed as part of the Project. There will be 1,320 square feet of rip rap installed around and below the impact basin.
