The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SBR-47246-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Los Angeles Department of Water and Power.
The Project is limited to the removal of an existing temporary tower and replacement with a permanent, steel lattice transmission tower. The Project activities include grading to create pads for heavy equipment, repairing the access road and reestablishing a spur road to the graded tower pad.
