Document Description
The project is limited to 3 encroachments. The first encroachment is for the replacement of the existing spillway of
the existing onstream pond. Work for this encroachment consists of removing the 8-inch corrugated discharge
culvert and constructing an open rock slope protection (RSP) overflow that will direct spillway flow back into the
original natural stream channel downstream of the pond embankment. Second encroachment is for the
remediation of cannabis cultivation activities at three locations. Work for these locations consists of grading and
stabilization of the disturbed areas and the implementation of yearly erosion control measures at each site. The
final encroachment is associated with the remediation of fire debris from the former cabin and miscellaneous waste
that pose a potential risk to the Upper Corral Creek Sub-watershed.
