Document Description
(a) Conduct monitoring and assessment of the coastal wetlands habitat in Santa Monica Bay to address data gaps identified in the Santa Monica Bay Comprehensive Monitoring Program and provide a gap analysis of Santa Monica Bay estuaries;
(b) Compile and manage existing wetlands habitat data and new measurements to synthesize biological condition;
(c) Analyze data to better understand wetland condition and vulnerability to climate change and provide a chapter on coastal wetland condition for the Santa Monica Bay State of the Bay Report
(d) Synthesize and standardize collected data in an online, publicly available database; and
(e) Provide recommendations for method standardization for future wetland monitoring assessments in a standard operating procedure document.
