Document Description
The City of Pittsburg (City) intends to develop a portion of the former Delta View Golf Course, the approximately 18-acre site, into three multi-purpose natural turf sports fields. The proposed project would include sports field lighting, landscaping and irrigation, various site furnishings, a restroom/concession building, bioretention areas, and tree plantings. The project would include a parking lot and driveways on about 2.2 acres at the northwestern corner of the site, along with paved and unpaved walkways and trails circling the proposed facility.
